“Companies operate in an increasingly complex world. Business environments are more diverse, dynamic, and interconnected than ever – and far less predictable.”

- Harvard Business Review

In the midst of the COVID-19 crisis, end of May 2020, I delivered the final lecture to the participants of the one-year Executive Program in Industrial Management at KTH Executive School in Stockholm - for the second consecutive year.

The title of this year's lecture was "To Lead in a VUCA World". The last time this lecture was delivered in Stockholm. When this program started out in the fall of 2019 no one had foreseen the COVID-19 crisis and could have imagined that the last two months of the program would have to be quickly moved online. The program staff however improvised and set up the last modules, including the final lecture, via Zoom.

Hoping to contribute with a few insights, I'm sharing the presentation as well as an edited video recording with you here.
