Our founder has, for more than a decade, supported Lund University's Master Program of Innovation and Entrepreneurship as a guest lecturer and mentor. She has trained yearly cohorts in Strategyzer's tools and methods for Business Model Innovation and Value Proposition Design. In total more than 500 students and future entrepreneurs. Over the past years with an increasing focus on applying the same models for co-creating Better Business and a better future.

CO-CREATING SUSTAINABLE SERVICES AND BUSINESS MODELS
We helped this Marketing Director and her team explore and co-create new services and business models as a complement to their already very successful and sustainable product portfolio. Through a series of iterations, we ultimately helped the innovation team co-develop a handful of highly relevant and attractive solutions and concepts, through rapid prototyping, customer testing as well as early business model and business case development and experimentation.

EXPLORING TRENDS
We helped this corporate executive management team in the Foodservice industry to understand the future of sustainability within their business ecosystem. We explored overall trends outside and inside the eco-system; conducted interviews with relevant stakeholders; identified relevant innovations and new entrants in the area; and teamed up with a legal partner to explore the legal and regulatory trends impacting their markets.
