Our process is characterized by three key elements:

  • A psychologically safe space - i.e. an environment in which participants feel safe to take interpersonal risks, share their authentic thoughts and opinions, and openly express what's on their minds.
  • Professional facilitation - i.e. the art of collaboratively moving a group of people through the process and its sessions to achieve a specific goal.

Following a strategy project, we helped the Executive Vice President of Corporate Development in this company to explore and identify the implications of their potential strategic choices on their current business model and operating model to help them go from strategy into action.

AGILE TRANSFORMATION FOR HUMAN GROWTH

We helped the Chief Transformation & People Officer at Oatly explore and develop principles enabling growth and dynamic capabilities, all aiming to transform the whole organization into a more agile operating model and a platform for human growth. These principles became important input to the People & Culture strategy and to the company's ongoing growth and transformation journey. An idea that never became reality was the Oatly Agile Hub.

CLIENT CASE

CREATING AND PILOTING AN EMPLOYEE CO-LAB IN THE US

We helped the Chief Transformation & People Officer at Oatly to develop and test a US-based virtual co-creative lab with a focus on identifying solutions to key organizational challenges. Ten members from across the organization were selected to participate. The challenges at hand were everything from customer experience to operational issues, innovativeness, and more. Design thinking principles were applied to identify the underlying problems, ideate, conceptualize, and test solutions over a period of 14 weeks. The outcome was then presented and discussed with the top management team.

CLIENT CASE

UNLOCKING CREATIVITY TO SOLVE KEY BUSINESS PROBLEMS

A world-class business school engaged us to help one of their global client companies unlock creativity to solve critical business problems. The participants were a group of 30 senior executives divided into five groups, each with a crucial business issue at hand - from expansion in emerging markets to global key account management, global recruitment, European logistics, and inter-division export. Strategic issues that needed urgent attention but had yet to be solved. After a six-month virtual journey of design thinking (during the pandemic), the outcome and recommendations were presented and discussed with the top management team.
