FOUNDER AND CEO

ELISABET LAGERSTEDT

Elisabet partners with C-suite executives, leadership teams, owners, and boards to move beyond business as usual—supporting the transition to Better Business through insight, strategy, innovation, and deep transformation.

Elisabet is a seasoned executive. Since 2013, she is a trusted strategic advisor and executive coach for senior leaders in trailblazing companies such as IKEA and Oatly. She is also a mentor for purpose-driven entrepreneurs at Lund University.

Elisabet has published two books: Better Business Better Future (2022) and Navigera in i framtiden (2018). Her blog was named one of the top 100 Business Blogs in the World by Feedspot (2025).

She holds a Masters degree of Social Sciences in Organization & Leadership from Lund University, executive education from Harvard, IMD, Oxford, Insead and Singularity University, and is currently on a path to a PhD in Transformative Business Leadership. She is also a Nordic B Leader, a Certified StageSHIFT Coach, a Climate Reality Leader and an IDG Ambassador.

VERONICA SKJETLEIN

Veronica Skjetlein is a visual strategist, facilitator, and process leader with a unique ability to create clarity, energy, and direction through holistic strategy development. She has collaborated with public institutions, universities, and businesses to move "beyond business as usual” by enabling co-creative processes that connect strategy, leadership, and values with a future-oriented perspective.

With a background from Capgemini, master’s degree in Strategic Leadership, as well as certifications in The Leadership Circle Profile and Better Business Acceleration, she has for empowered hundreds of leaders and facilitators to navigate complexity and co-create meaningful and sustainable change – for a better future.
