TRANSFORMATIVE JOURNEY DESIGN
You can stop reading if you are looking for a quick-fix. This is not a six-month project, but rather a multi-year journey.
Here, we guide our clients through six overlapping and iterative phases. These phases are not steps to be checked off, but dimensions of a transformational and transformative journey that unfolds from within and in relation to a larger whole.
It unfolds from awareness and exploration, to envisioning and alignment, to activation and amplification.
1) Awareness
The journey begins with a sense that change is needed. It may emerge as a whisper of dissatisfaction, a rising urgency, or a quiet knowing that the current way no longer fits. We help leaders attune to this felt sense—to pause, listen, and sense the deeper signals within themselves, their teams, and the systems they serve.
2) Exploration
With awareness alive, we open space for curiosity and inquiry. We explore megatrends, future scenarios, and systemic dynamics—across past, present, and emerging futures. Just as importantly, we explore the organisation’s inner terrain: its culture, values, leadership maturity, and identity. This phase invites honest reflection and new perspectives to emerge.
3) Envisioning
Exploration opens the door to creative clarity. Together, we co-create a bold and grounded vision of the future—a vision anchored in a higher purpose and tuned to the emerging reality. We revisit the organisation’s reason for being, facilitate the co-creation of strategy, and place a stake in the ground: this is who we choose to become.
4) Alignment
With a clear future in mind, we support the alignment of strategy, leadership, culture, structure, and ways of working. We uncover gaps, contradictions, and tensions—not to fix them immediately, but to work with them consciously. We facilitate leadership team development and co-create charters that foster coherence and trust across the system - across purpose, strategy, culture, organisation and leadership.
5) Activation
Transformation is activated through embodied action. This is where vision turns into practices, principles, and experiments. Leaders begin to model the new paradigm. Teams are engaged, ambassadors trained, and systems re-designed to support learning, feedback, and accountability. The work becomes visible, relational, and real.
6) Amplification
As momentum builds, the ripple effect extends outward. We help leaders amplify impact through ecosystem engagement, cross-sector collaboration, and storytelling. This phase invites organisations to become beacons—not for perfection, but for possibility. Legacy emerges not from control, but from contribution.

FACILITATING PURPOSE-LED BETTER BUSINESS STRATEGY
In 2021, we supported Duni Group in planning and facilitating the development of a new position and direction in building a Better Business. This consisted of co-creating a higher purpose, a 2030 vision, and a strategy for the next strategic period - all driven by insight and foresight. This strategy has been excellently executed, and now placed the company on the TIME's list of "World's Best Companies in Sustainable Growth 2025" (as #190 of 500 in the world):

We helped this company's CEO and Chairman of the Board in the Transportation sector to explore their business environment, explore future options, and co-create their vision and strategy together with key stakeholders across the organization, including the Board of Directors. EXPLORING THE CONSEQUENCES OF STRATEGIC CHOICE
We helped the Executive Vice President of Corporate Development in this company to strategically explore and identify how to adapt the overall company offering and portfolio to stay relevant and attractive to their customers and eco-system in a world with increasing focus on sustainability. We then helped explore and understand the implications of their potential strategic choices on their current business model and operating model.

INCLUSIVE STRATEGY CO-CREATION WITH 75 LEADERS
We helped this Division Head co-create the division strategy together with his leadership team. The process ultimately involved all 75 managers of the division in the process of developing actions in a two day live "mega"-workshop. All in order to create widespread involvement and ownership of the final strategy across the whole organization.

CO-CREATING AN INTEGRATED SUSTAINABILITY STRATEGY
We helped a Director of Sustainability in the Food industry to explore the very frontiers and trends of sustainability; what can be considered world-class inside and outside of their industry context; and how to develop a world-class sustainability agenda aiming at creating real system change - and changing the world for the better. All clearly integrated with the company's overall purpose, values and strategy.

KICKING OFF THE STRATEGY PROJECT
We helped this Managing Director in the Med Tech sector to kick off his strategy project with an online management team co-creation workshop aiming at exploring the future of their eco-system. With a trend report as our base, we set up a co-creative one-day scenarios workshop and helped guide, facilitate and challenge the management team throughout the journey to help them see new angles and perspectives.

FACILITATING A FULLY VIRTUAL STRATEGY PROCESS
Early on in the COVID-19, we helped this Division Head in the Automotive sector to plan and facilitate an online strategy process together with his management team and key stakeholders from across the organization and geographically spread. Something we have then repeated with other client management teams.
The process was built on a number of critical co-creation workshops online, with break out sessions and homework for all participants in between the workshops. The process resulted in a strategic plan and an important alignment regarding key focus areas and priorities across the team.

We helped the Chief Transformation & People Officer in an exponentially growing organization to explore and develop principles enabling growth and dynamic capabilities.
