What is a MasterMind?

A MasterMind is traditionally a group of peers who meet to give each other advice and support. It has five to eight members, and you will both give and receive advice. Remember that the quality of a person’s life is most often a reflection of their peer group. Hence, who you spend time with matters. 

A MasterMind can also be called a “meeting of the minds” – a place where you can share your thought and learn from the ideas and approaches of others. 

Here, we have added a framework for High Impact Leadership, Vertical Leadership Development and a StageSHIFT coach to help guide the way and accelerate the path towards Better Business and a better future. 

A one year program for High Impact Leadership and Better Business Transformation

This program is based on the solid foundations of Vertical Leadership Development, StageSHIFT Coaching, and the Cambridge Impact Leadership Model.

High Impact Leadership is normally characterized by a high level of vertical development and leadership maturity. These are leaders who have been proven considerably more successful in orchestrating organization-wide and systemic transformations, as well as coping with a VUCA world.  

The MasterMind for Impact Leadership is a powerful opportunity to step up as a High Impact Business Leader, to accelerate and co-create Better Business and a better future in our own contexts. Everything guided by a StageSHIFT coach, and together with a bold team of five to eight inspirational peers on the same journey.

This journey starts with your Vertical Holistic Leadership Profile

During the first month of this program, you will be invited to do a Vertical Holistic Leadership Profile (self-assessment), and get a 60 min one-to-one debrief (online) with your StageSHIFT coach to explore your current leadership mindset and profile, and start thinking about your very own Aspirational Leadership Brand Declaration.

Building on these new insights about your own leadership profile, the group members will then meet in 8 monthly 3 hour online sessions, with two breaks (for summer vacation and Christmas holidays). Peer-to-peer experience exchanges on relevant topics between meetings are encouraged.

Some of the questions you will be exploring with your peers during the first months of this program are: 

• What you learned about yourself from the Vertical Holistic Leadership Profile.
• What might be your Aspirational Leadership Declaration.
  
• The cornerstones of Impact Leadership.
• Situations that trigger you, and why.
• How to embody Impact Leadership in real life situations, and under stress.
  

As the year goes by, these discussions will evolve into how to develop a Better Business, exploring the role of a higher purpose, strategy, innovation, and transformation. 

Our MasterMind sessions during the year

In each of our eight 3 hour meet-ups, the team will be guided by an experienced coach in an open dialogue through relevant topics - combining inner development with a shared ambition to accelerate Better Business and co-create a better future.

You will receive reading and video recommendations via mail in-between sessions. In the meetings, you will be part of brainstorming ideas, getting peer support, and getting help in creating accountability. It also involves short educational presentations, and discussions of personal issues and challenges together with your peers. 

Your MasterMind group can also be viewed as your personal board of directors, or as your advisory board in these matters. We will simply challenge, support and uplift each other, and hold each other accountable on this important journey during a full year.

Who can join?

The MasterMind builds on your participation in the Better Business Acceleration Program, but is also open to participants with similar backgrounds and ambitions. Business leaders, entrepreneurs and consultants with an interest in accelerating sustainable and regenerative development with their own organizations and ecosystems - or with clients - are particularly welcome!
