Future Navigators Expands to Norway
We are happy to announce that we have established an office in Trondheim, Norway, and by so doing, expanded our geographical presence!
Why Norway, why Trondheim, why now?
Norwegian companies are increasingly challenged by global megatrends, technological disruption, and the urgent need for sustainable transformation. Within Norway, Trondheim stands out as one of the most innovative cities, combining a strong academic environment with a growing business community and easy access to nature. It is home to BI, as well as NTNU and SINTEF, two of Europe’s leading institutions for research and innovation, and has become a hub for technology, sustainability, and future-oriented thinking. This makes Trondheim an ideal location for Future Navigators’ first office in Norway.

Veronica Skjetlein steps in as Associate Partner and CEO of Future Navigators Norway AS
With more than 20 years of experience in strategy and leadership development, Veronica Skjetlein will lead the Norwegian office as Associate Partner and CEO of Future Navigators Norway AS. She will anchor our presence locally, build partnerships, and ensure our work is adapted to the Norwegian context while connected to our Nordic and international network.
