Elisabet is an Executive Consultant, Advisor and Coach, author and speaker with 25+ years business experience, whereof 15 years on leadership team level and nine years as a consultant working across several industries, in B2C and B2B, mainly with executives and executive teams in large companies. Her expertise is strategy, innovation, leadership, change, modern organizations, strategic marketing and communication.

Elisabet is also a speaker at management conferences and conventions; guest lecturer at Lund University School of Economics and Management and at KTH Royal Institute of Technology Executive School. She is a Strategyzer Business Model Innovation Coach; ICF Coach; a Fellow of the Institute of Coaching at Harvard; and an affiliate Executive Program Coach at IMD Business School.

Elisabet holds a Masters of Social Sciences from the School of Economics and Management at Lund University and several executive education certificates in leadership, strategy, innovation and change from Harvard Business School, IMD Business School, Oxford Saïd Business School, INSEAD, and Singularity University. 

Elisabet is currently exploring the important intersection between strategy, innovation, change, leadership, sustainability, and collaboration to go beyond business as usual and help transforming business into a force for good.

Carl-Henrik is an entrepreneur, a project manager and a coach. His life's mission is to unleash human potential to accelerate human progress, focusing on human well-being, economic and environmental prosperity. 

Carl-Henrik holds two Masters Degrees, in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, as well as in Environmental Science from Lund University and a Bachelor Degree in Business Management from HEC Lausanne. He holds three certifications, as a Coach from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), in Agile Leadership and as a Scrum Master from the Scrum organization. 

Carl-Henrik is currently based in Sweden, but has a background from Monaco, Switzerland and Germany.


Aiwen Hew holds a Ph.D. in Strategic Management, and a Masters Degree in International Business from the Queensland University of Technology, Australia and a Bachelor Degree in Finance from the University of Queensland. She also has executive education from the Said Business School, University of Oxford.

Professionally, Aiwen has worked with diverse stakeholders of different backgrounds and cultures in international market research, trends research as well as marketing and communication for technology-focused businesses.

Aiwen has specialized on trends, especially in the areas of innovation and technological disruption. Aiwen is currently based in Malaysia.



Kalin Radulov holds a Masters degree in Entrepreneurship from Lund University in Sweden and a Bachelor degree in Political Science from Sofia University. 

Professionally, Kalin has worked as an analyst, consultant, and coach for several NGOs. He is a change maker with a passion for entrepreneurship and creating change for the better through education and renewal. Kalin also loves to analyze data and break down complicated problems into easy to understand facts and figures. 

Kalin today supports Future Navigators with macroeconomic, political, market and trend analysis on a freelance basis. He is also a lecturer and mentor for several NGOs and educational institutions. Kalin is based in Sofia, Bulgaria.



Najla blogs about her zero-waste lifestyle to promote sustainable living with a minimal negative impact on the environment. She holds a Degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation Management from Lund University. She is particularly interested in the topics of environmental psychology and sustainable consumption choices, circular business models, and the role of innovation and grassroots solutions in tackling the world’s major challenges.
