Our story began in 2010, when our founder, Elisabet Lagerstedt, started writing and blogging about the digital revolution, the changing consumer behaviors and the consequences for the area of strategic communication as well as for the business world.

The blog was in 2013 highlighted as one of the best Swedish blogs in its area by Cision. This helped our founder to spin off from an almost 20 year long career in the corporate world to deepen her explorations and start Inquentia Group AB - with a focus on strategic business consulting enabled by a modern and agile network organization.

Since 2013 our founder has, in parallel to her consulting and advisory assignments on CxO level, continued her exploration and writing. She has been a guest lecturer in several business schools; a speaker at management conventions; and an eager learner in a long series of executive programs at Harvard Business School, Oxford, IMD, INSEAD, and Singularity University. Elisabet has also written articles for INSEAD Knowledge and published a report on the unfolding global mega trends (2015). In 2018 she finally published her first book: Navigate into the Future (in Swedish).

During the 2020 Covid-19 crisis, we refreshed our purpose as well as our operating name to better mirror our passion and the challenges of the 21st century. Going forward, we are Future Navigators - a dynamic network organization of movers, shakers and change makers aiming to support leaders across the globe in going beyond business as usual. We operate in three domains: as a Consultancy, as an Academy and as a Think Tank.

We still derive our revenues from research, consulting, workshop facilitation, advisory, training, and coaching related to our client projects, invoiced via our founders company, Inquentia Group AB. We are currently not funded by any other stakeholders.

Our first publication as a think tank was The Better Business Playbook (2020), rapidly followed by a relaunch of Explorer's Hub (2020), which is a curated library of officially available talks, videos, articles and other resources from leading thinkers and institutions from around the globe.

This is no being followed by our new book What got us here won't get us there - how you as a leader can raise to the challenge and transform business into a force for good (2021).
